When will I receive my order?

Please allow 5 - 7 days for your order to be received. Orders are processed within 1-3 days of purchase. Shipping delays could potential occur due to COVID-19.

What size should I order a waist trimmer?

We highly recommend ordering your waist trimmer one size up. This will enable it to fit properly and be as comfortable as possible.

Can I order just one resistance band instead of all three?

All resistance bands are sold in a set of three with beginner, intermediate and advanced resistance levels. Unfortunately, this set cannot be sold separately.
